We've only worked with Carla for a year; we've found her to be exceedingly knowledgeable in the areas of ESOP administration and ESOP law. She's very easy to communicate with and very accessible. She's been most helpful for us in an advisory, consulting capacity, in addition to getting compliance paperwork in order. Our company switched to an ESOP in 2005; we had some issues with our previous Third Party Administrator as far as not giving us the best advice in certain areas. We have a 401k as well as an ESOP, and the previous administrator didn't do a good job of integrating the two plans, though he administered both. We went and looked for someone who could keep an eye on the ball with regards to both plans; we did a full-blown search and interviewed a number of candidates, and eventually decided on Carla.
